These Terms govern your use of ThiranNutpam (thirannutpam.com), operated by Cask Technology Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
ThiranNutpam provides practice questions, explanations, and performance analytics to help you prepare for competitive and school-level examinations, based on Tamil Nadu State Board syllabus content. We offer free and paid tiers.
ThiranNutpam is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC), the Government of Tamil Nadu, or any examination authority. References to any examination are for descriptive purposes only. Our content is prepared independently and is not official examination material.
You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password, or optionally with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the activity under it. Provide accurate information and use one account per person.
Questions, explanations, analytics, and other materials on the platform are created by us and are our intellectual property. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content, or use automated means to extract it, without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Paid tiers unlock additional content and features. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the platform and are charged as one-time payments through Razorpay. Purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
ThiranNutpam is a study aid. We prepare our content carefully, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, that it covers any particular syllabus completely, or that using the platform will produce any specific examination result. Your performance depends on many factors outside our control. Always cross-check important facts against your official textbooks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
