Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases on ThiranNutpam (thirannutpam.com), operated by Cask Technology Solutions, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Payments are processed through Razorpay.

Nature of Our Products

ThiranNutpam sells access to digital content — practice question banks, explanations, and analytics. Access is granted to your account immediately after a successful payment. All purchases are one-time payments; we do not use automatic recurring auto-debit. When a paid period ends, access simply lapses until you choose to purchase again.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and access is delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

We will, however, issue a refund in these cases:

• Duplicate or accidental payment — you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Payment succeeded but access was not granted — your payment was debited but the corresponding access did not activate on your account due to a technical failure, and we are unable to resolve it by restoring your access.

To request a refund in either case, email us within 7 days of the transaction with your registered mobile number and the payment reference. We will verify and, where approved, process the refund to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take additional time to reflect it).

Cancellations

Since all purchases are one-time payments with no auto-debit, there is no recurring subscription to cancel and no automatic future charge. You are never billed again unless you make a new purchase yourself.
